| # In order to make a round trip from/to Oslo in one day it may require
returning by night train. Night train runs daily except Saturdays. Optional sleeper cost with u/l berths and shared bath in hallway cost $226 for 1 or 2 persons. Sleeper train seats recline plus complimentary pillow, blanket, eye mask and ear plugs are provided.

This tour is an extension of the popular “Norway In A Nutshell”
tour and features an overnight stay at either the Fretheim
Hotel or the new Flåmsbrygga Hotel, both in Flåm or the historic Fleischer’s
Hotel in the resort town of Voss.
On Day 2. the tour continues from Flåm
or Voss to Bergen.
Optional overnight stay possible (May - September) at Stalheim Hotel in the Stalheim Canyon
Standard Tour Itinerary Oslo to Bergen
Due to ongoing track work in Norway some time tables may change without prior notice
Day 1—Standard
class train from Oslo Station at 8:11 or 10:31 AM to Myrdal connecting
with the Flåm Railroad to Flåm at 2 PM or
5 PM. Dinner and overnight at the Historic Fretheim Hotel or Flamsbrygga Hotel.
Optional excursions are available from hotels to tour the area.
Day 2—Breakfast at hotel. Morning free until your 3:10 PM(#) fjord cruise Flåm to Gudvangen via Aurlandsfjord and the spectacular Naeroyfjord, with arrival at 5:20 PM. In Gudvangen you will connect to a scheduled coach that will drive you via the scenic Stalheim Canyon road to Voss by 7:00 PM. Final leg of your Nutshell tour is by local train departing at 7:20 PM and arrival into Bergen at 8:34 PM.
(#) An earlier departure is possible at 9:00 AM (~6/01-8/31 with some restrictions) which will bring you into Bergen by 4:00 PM, ask us when booking or check in Flåm, if you want this option
Standard Tour Itinerary Bergen to Oslo

Day 1—Standard
class train from Bergen Station at 8:40 AM to Voss at 9:53 AM. Here you will be connecting
to the scheduled coach at 10:00 AM driving to Gudvangen via the scenic Stalheim Canyon. Arrival into Gudvangen at 11:10 AM. Connect to a 2 hour fjord cruise departing at 11:30 AM sailing through the spectacular Naeroyfjord and Aurlandsfjord to Flåm at 1:40 PM. Dinner and overnight at the Historic Fretheim Hotel or Flamsbrygga Hotel.
Optional excursions are available from hotels to tour the area.
Day 2—Breakfast at hotel. You are free after breakfast until your departure
on the Flåm Railroad for Myrdal,
~ departure time options 9:00, 11:00 AM or 4:00 PM, connecting there with the trans-Norway
Express train to Oslo with arrival at 3:00, 5:32 or 10:36 PM.

• Ride on the famous Flåm Railway from Myrdal to Flåm, or in reverse
• Cruise on the Aurlands- and Naeroyfjords between Flåm
